About Us

WHO WE ARE

Train2Troop was founded by 2 serving Royal Marine Commandos and Rikki Vet, a veteran in the British Army. After Rikki Vet built a large following on TikTok expressing his experiences and knowledge of the British Armed Forces, he wanted to continue to aid potential recruits joining the Armed Forces. Joining forces with two Royal Marine Commandos to provide the ultimate training programmes for individuals, either wanting to simply improve their overall fitness and mental well-being or to join any of the British Armed Forces.

The Train2Troop team boasts a vast number of years experience within the British Armed Forces and have all experienced the hardships of training. The team have over a decade of experience in personnel training, nutrition and in the sports industry. Train2Troop have composed tailor made training programmes to suit all fitness levels and goals, preparing all individuals physically and mentally.

OUR MISSION

It is our mission to help aspiring recruits to hit peak levels of fitness and knowledge prior to joining their desired British Armed Forces. Train2Troop doesn’t just provide a brilliant training programme but also offers a bespoke navigational programme, nutritional knowledge, military apparel and physiological skills.

 

CUSTOM TRAINING

When turning up to military training, you might feel strong curling 18kg dumbbells, but when you have to hold a press-up position for 15 minutes, you will start feeling frail very quickly.  

The military is mainly broken down into two types of fitness categories  you’ll require to succeed. Physical exercises in the gymnasium, such as;  push-ups and shuttle-runs. Secondly is battle phys such as; hill sprints, weighted carries, and commando crawls. We pride ourselves on delivering training programmes that aren’t just going to help you survive military training, but to aid you to shine.

We have a variety of training programmes tailored to a vast array of goals, from the elite forces to emergency services. Whether you are training to join the Royal Marines, Parachute Regiment, Royal Navy, Army, or the RAF. We even have training  Programs which are suitable for the emergency services such as the  Police, Fire Service or the emergency medical service.

TARGETED NUTRITION

Nutrition is commonly over looked, but with Train2Troop we instil the mentality to not overlook anything. Our expert nutritional package will educate on how to optimise performance, through carefully tailored nutritional information.  

Our Diamond and Titanium programmes include detailed nutritional information whether you need to gain or lose weight. Joining the military at the right weight for your body shape and size, is an important factor on becoming successful within training.  

This programme introduces foods which you will be constantly consuming during military training so you’ll feel in your natural habitat. This will give your body a head start with nutrition being formidable for success during military training.

EXPERIENCED COMMUNITY

Our services are brought to you with years of experience from Army Veterans and serving Royal Marines, who have gone through the rigorous training and seen the downfall of ill prepared recruits. Highly qualified Personal Trainers which boast a vast amount of years within the fitness industry.

Along side our approachable team you will be able to interact with each other. You can share what you have learnt and how your personal experiences have gone. We’ll even aid you though any part of your application process.

The biggest fact we can give you is that you won’t become successful through Military training on your own. Military training is designed to make you work as a team, it weeds out the selfish and weak. Become apart of an experienced passionate community that lives and breeds success.

TRAINING RESOURCES

Training physically is only part of the battle when joining military training. A big part of training is academic, from reciting the phonetic alphabet to knowing how to do a resection when you’re lost. Our Titanium and Diamond programmes provide hints and tips on how to survive training, and what the training teams will be looking as a stand out individual.

Having access to our training resources will boost your chances of successfully passing training. One of our most valuable resources is our navigation crash course, which is perfect to get recruits to hit the ground running when they show up on day one of training.

Yes you can cancel at anytime, If you are using are programme for elite forces which will involve navigation and map reading,
    you may find it usefull to keep your subcription untill you finish phase
     1 training to get extra practise with the interacrive navigation programme.
If you are 16 or older you can sign up. if you are younger than 16 your parents
    can sign up for the youth addition for a slighter altered programme.

  • Intereractive vitual nav stance, using a compass and taking bearings in a 360 degree Navigation Programme
    to then be able to use to do a resection. This will not only ensure a sucessfull pass in navigation in training, but
    will serve you to thrive and turn up with the most knowledge and
    exepreince to be seen as one of the top recruits.



Yes, When you do the Fitness Assessment which you can do now for free, this will calculate what your strenhs and weekneses are, it will then priortise your largest weekness and you secondary weekness, and give you a bespoke programme to follow then thirve in every area of fitness.
